Through-Case Charging
PowerWave Pad supports charging through phones cases up to 5mm thick. Please note that cases made of metal, external attachments such as magnets, credit cards, grips, and stands will interfere with charging.
Ultra-Safe
Our exclusive MultiProtect safety system is equipped with foreign object detection, short circuit protection, temperature control and more, so you can experience wireless charging with total peace of mind.
1. How do wireless charging speeds compare to a traditional wired charger?
Due to the current wireless charging technology, charging speeds may vary depending on your device. Wireless charging is generally slower than traditional wired charging due to its lower conversion rate of electrical energy.
2. What type of USB-A wall charger should I use with 313 Wireless Charger (Pad)?
Your USB-A wall charger must have a minimum output of 5V/2A. To charge an iPhone 8 or later at 7.5W, and Samsung Qi-compatible phones at 10W (such as the Galaxy S22 and S21 series), a 9V/2A Quick Charge 2.0 or 3.0 adapter is required. Pixel Qi-compatible phones can only receive standard 5W charging, regardless of the AC adapter. Please note that iPhone 5V/1A stock chargers and computer USB ports do not have sufficient output and may not charge your device properly.
3. Will PowerWave work with phone cases?
PowerWave charges through phone cases that are no thicker than 5 mm. However, items such as magnetic / metal attachments, grips, stands, keys, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Charging speeds may also be reduced while charging with a phone case.
4. What devices are compatible with 313 Wireless Charger (Pad)?
Only Qi-enabled phones and earbuds cases are compatible with 313 Wireless Charger. Tablets and smartwatches cannot be used with this product. To determine if your device is Qi-enabled, you can check its hardware specifications or search online for "Is my device Qi-enabled" or "Does my device support wireless charging". If your device is not Qi-enabled, the indicator on the charger will flash.
